Bernie Henry is a 2004 graduate of the University of Illinois and received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2007.
Bernie practices primarily in the areas of business and commercial litigation, healthcare compliance, business planning, contested probate estates, and estate planning. Bernie is an experienced trial attorney, having successfully tried numerous cases throughout Illinois and nationally. Bernie has experience prosecuting and defending cases, including shareholder disputes, contested probate matters, complex medical billing disputes, and commercial fraud.
Bernie is currently a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
